Privacy Policy
1. Commitment to Privacy
MTMartin Software ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ONLYONE application and the onlyone.mtmartin.com website. We are firmly committed to protecting your privacy. This document outlines how data is handled under strict alignment with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Zero Application Data Collection
The ONLYONE macOS application operates 100% locally on your machine. It does not contain any telemetry tracking, analytics reporting, or cloud synchronizations. All clipboard histories, hardware metrics, and core audio parameters remain confined to your machine's local memory and sandbox environment. We do not collect, store, or transmit any data processed by the application.
3. Order Processing and Payment Data
Our online store operations, merchant checkout flows, and payment verifications are securely handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (acting as our official Merchant of Record). When you purchase a license or subscription tier, Lemon Squeezy handles order collection, invoicing, international taxation (EU VAT compliance), and transactional metrics.
To fulfill your purchase order, Lemon Squeezy requests specific personal details during checkout, including:
- Full legal name
- Valid email address
- Billing details and payment credentials
Please consult the official Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy for precise terms on how your payment records are processed and archived.
4. Purpose of Data Utility
The scarce customer data we access through Lemon Squeezy reports is exclusively used for the following operational tasks:
- Generating and distributing your cryptographic software activation license keys.
- Providing technical product support and handling refunds.
- Notifying users regarding mandatory version updates or critical patch security releases.
5. Data Retention and GDPR Rights
We do not hold or manage databases containing your personal data. Your order identification and active license allocations are stored securely via the Lemon Squeezy infrastructure. Under EU GDPR mandates, you possess the right to access, rectify, restrict, or request the total deletion of your purchase record history. If you wish to execute these structural rights, please contact us directly at support@mtmartin.com.
