Terms of Service
1. Contractual Agreement
By purchasing, installing, or deploying the ONLYONE software utility ("Software"), you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment of these provisions, you are prohibited from installing or executing the software binary.
2. Software License and Subscription Models
Upon validated commercial processing, MTMartin Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to run the software on personal macOS machines under your direct ownership. Depending on your choice during checkout, this license may be granted as a recurring subscription layer (Tactical Monthly Plan / Professional Annual Plan) or a permanent one-time activation tier (Lifetime Access License).
3. Hardware Activation Seat Limitations
To defend against unauthorized distribution and software piracy, each distinct license verification key is governed by a fixed hardware activation limit specified inside your dashboard allocation sheet. Exceeding your allocated hardware seats concurrently will restrict additional installations and prompt an automated cryptographic runtime validation review.
4. Usage Restrictions
You explicitly agree not to perform, permit, or authorize any of the following technical actions: decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or cryptographic parameters of the application binary or its associated XPC Helper communication links. You may not rent, lease, redistribute, sub-license, or commercially exploit individual activation keys provided upon purchase.
5. Merchant of Record Operations
Our merchant infrastructure is entirely operated by Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Lemon Squeezy manages payment collection, validation, compliance, refund auditing, and global tax calculation. All financial disputes or billing discrepancies during checkout fall under the immediate contractual jurisdiction of Lemon Squeezy's customer purchase terms.
6. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
The Software is provided and distributed "as is", without warranties of any variety, express or implied. MTMartin Software does not guarantee that the software's advanced operations (such as CoreAudio switching or hardware telemetry frequency) will remain flawless across future beta variants or major unreleased system architecture upgrades deployed by Apple Inc.
Under no structural event shall MTMartin Software be held accountable for system crashes, memory data loss, or internal diagnostic hardware variations arising from the use or inability to safely execute this local utility.
